Reminds me of myself on my f3 going down 23 when i still lived in michigan, i rode a wheelie standing on the back foot pegs from the michigan ave exit to the willis rd exit hahah
 
Those guys are bad asses. Almost as bad ass as you posting videos in the Pub, a true rebel!
 
that's an amazing display of a complete disregard for the safety of not only themselves, the guys riding with them, but the general public that had to interact with them as well....:shake:.........sorry bro, not impressed..........
 
Call me what you want but if I saw some douche bag riding a wheelie into on coming traffic to try and look cool on video, I would make it truly EPIC.
 
I'm by no means against people having fun. But shit like this is what makes every other sport bike rider look like "that asshole doing a wheelie down the expressway". There's a time and place for having fun, and down a crowded (With their buddies) expressway, while running road blocks, isn't the place...

Agreed! If I was driving at 1:30, there would be one less person in the world, and I would have a totaled van...

Other than the guy riding the wrong way (and even I'll admit that was really dumb)... all of the stunting is done within their own circle of riders, all of whom know exactly what's going on. These guys doing seat standers at 70mph are far less dangerous than the "I just got my new bike and I'm gonna go 125mph through traffic" noobs. And the roadblock was police just being pissy because they can't stop this ride from happening year after year... so they create a traffic jam, a road hazard and a pain in the ass for the car drivers who got stuck for nothing.

Even inside their own friends, one wrong move, slip of a foot/hand, anything, How many people would be killed/seriously injured by it? And the road block, if a cop is grabbing his gun, and taking it out of the holster, I'm sure it's a little more serious than them just being pissy.
 
Wait so was this the ride of the century, or the ride of 2011? Do they have a ride of the century every year? Makes no sense.
