strange vibration.. need help

just jack it up, and take your wheels off and hold yuour brakes on with lug nuts. it works. it sounds like driveshaft to me too.
 
welp i put it up in the air tonite and put it in gear and watched it.. found out one of my brand new wheels has a slight bend.. thanks weld.. not sure if thats all of my problem but i think it deff has something to do with it.. still going to get the driveshaft checked too
 
So your saying it's as straight as a oval? Lol. I was gonna say check the wheels, when they get bent or come unbalanced they can make it seem like so much more is wrong. GL hope that was your issue.

Remove the wheels and re install the lugs to hold your rotor/drum on and run it up again. If the vibration is gone don't bother. You can check run out and balance with it in the car. The car is like a dyno (dig up or borrow a magnetic dial indicator. If the driveshaft is rough, clean up a spot with some emery cloth. check run out at the front, in the middle and at the rear. Do your testing with the driveshaft installed.
 
welp.. i lied.. got the wheel checked out on the balancer today and my dads shop.. its fine.. doesnt move up and down like it does on the car... wtf???
