Yup, makes me happier that I have GPS tracking in my cars. If someone takes them its fine, expect me to show up with a few of my buddies to end your life.

Do the aftermarket GPS systems show you where the car is on a map and an approximate address like the OEM systems?

I have thought about it.

You can hard wire a burner phone set to text you gps cords or a small battery powered gps device like those cheap use car lots use.

It's kind of freaky to think what the OEM's can see. My car logs every trip and you can watch the car moving on a map in real time. If you click on the map, it will give an address and driving directions to its location.
