I all but stopped buying Craftsman tools years ago because I thought I
saw the end of the "Craftsman legendary lifetime warrantied tools".

Over the years it has become more and more of a hassle to return / exchange
them. I too was pretty sure they would die off as well - very sad.

I currently have a few broken Craftsman tools.....I better get them returned / exchanged
quickly!

I've had no issues returning broken tools. I just bought a bunch of stuff today because they are running some good deals right now (better than any of the December deals they had).

this has been eddies plan all along, he has basically drove them to brankrupt so they default on the loans he made to them, he then gets the real estate and all of the company assets for free

They won't live to see the end of the free licensing deal that was part of selling Craftsman.
They won't see the $250M in 3 years that makes up the second part of the deal. The $525M at closing will probably be gone before the event receive it.
