Steve Frankiewicz - Capital Mortgage Funding

I just wanted to post up and thank Steve (313-701-2771) for making my most recent home purchase as smooth as possible. Steve explained the process and what the underwriters would needed up front.
Everything was smooth - emails were always answered in minutes (even on a holiday weekend).
By contrast, Wells Fargo tried to turn a simple refi into a several month inquisition.
I would recommend Steve for mortgage services and intend to use his services in the future.

Wow! With recommendations like these, you would think
most smart folks would at least check in with Steve on any
of their mortgage needs.

Rates have dropped about a half percent over the last few weeks. Rates are not what they were back in first quarter, but better than during the summer.

I can shoot anyone a rate quote within a few moments, feel free to email me with any questions.

Thanks

Im hoping rates will fall some more when the FED starts their tapering of the bond buying - thats my hope at least (for my own sake).

I'll shoot you a pm shortly.

I'm dealing with Steve on a refi right now and it has been pretty smooth so far. I'll bet he sick of me asking questions but, returns every call and e-mail very quickly. Top notch as far as I can tell so far. Should close next week.

They WILL fall more shortly but just be cautious on riding the wave. Last time they shot up quickly and many people missed out on decent rates. Biggest benefit you have is the high unemployment etc.

Lol. They went up over 1 percent in 8 hours, it was crazy. I lost 7 clients that were floating in hopes of a lower rate.
