St. Ignace 2009...campers...where to stay this year? **POLL**

Which campground should we book for St. Ignace 2009?

I know. I don't think its a good idea for a large group to be down there.

My goal for next year is to have the car up there and maybe take a day trip to drive it somewhere. I'm not as concerned with being with the entire group for 4 days as I am having a nice site with a view and a hotel as a backup.
 
I'm driving myself this year also. No more waiting for others to drive. Some of those long and smooth winding roads up there could be a lot of fun if other buddies go with to do some spirited driving. :D
 
One of my Buddys banged a Fat Old Millionair Biscut from up there.. She said she would buy us all our own Hotel Rooms if we come back up next year and Party with her and Dumpy friends.

I'll put in the good word.. Maybe I can talk her into getting like 8 rooms at roach infested motel on the Lake side.

uhh yeah. Ill pay for my own shit and not have some fat bitch deep throating a cheeseburger following us around all weekend. I can only imagine what she looks like after seeing the locals.

I would like to do some driving, almost dont even care where, as long as I can put the hammrdn.

I will definitely take Friday off, Thursday is tenative at this point. It will depend on what "cars" are going. If nobody is taking their car again i'll go up Thursday after work. If there will be cars, i'll consider taking thursday off and going up Wednesday night or Thursday morning.
 
i have every intention of taking my truck up again and i will for sure have ALOT more fun then last year for some personal reasons. i will also consider doing what jeff did and go up for awhile rather then the usual three or four days. i want to do some driving as well. more then we did this past year. as far as sites go i am down for whatever but i think i want to do a cabin just for weather hazards. it was kinda miserable last time with all that rain we got. i dont know what everyone is thinking so i will just play it by ear for right now.

I'll be changing the trans fluid in the turd come early spring, so we can go put the "HAMMRDN" in St. Ignace on those nice country roads if you like. :lol: I'll be taking Thursday and Friday off again this year.
 
Wife and I both are down for whatever days. I'll have probably 3 weeks of vacation saved at that time, so I'm down for up to a full week.
 
Ive been Really thinking about Stroker 402 Ls2 in the short box single cab Zq8 Colorado.

That F'er would be a Blast to run our mouths out of up there. We could fit the whole Motown Crew in the back if you guys snuggled.

I don't think I'd wanna burn a week up there, mostly because its just not warm enough up there in June. I'll play it by ear depending on situation and vacation days.

Ive been Tossing around the Idea for a while.. But they just dont have enough Info out on it yet.. If it was motor mounts / wiring Harness / Trans id do it.

The Cobra is Gone.. It was just costing me to much money. 500 month car payment / 250 month for the loan I had to take out to fix it. 250 a Month for insurance.. For a 1000 a month I'll pass for a Cobra

I could of Damn near got 06-07 Z06 for that price.

That's cool. :cheers: Let me know if you change your mind. I hear you on the car, that's a lot of money to pay for that car. Are you planning on trying to finish the Colorado before Ignace next year? Or are you replacing the Cobra with something else?
