I got a letter today from the secretary of state saying if I pay to take a drivers course then I will avoid the points going on my record. It says 2 points. What in the hell. Is 94 no longer an expressway? I tried to call today but of course they're already closed because I just got the letter and I've been at work all day.

Judge looks at what the officer wrote under comments.
I had a good attorney from that area at one time. The guy was able to get a bunch of my buddy's back their license (for the record, they did not deserve a license.) Hes now the magistrate in s.c.s.

either way 5 over expressway ticket is supposedly 0 points on expressway. I got a letter saying I got 2 points. I'll just have to call the court tomorrow. Disregard this thread...
