i just got this today as a replacement to my Samsung Moment. i wanted a slide-out keyboard so i bought a Evo-shift.
i believe this is a new phone not a refurb(not 100 % sure)
just the phone with battery $100
w/ a 2gig sd card and a wall charger and usb cable $125.
