spring rate

I am. Buying strange da coil overs front a rear for my 89 notch its a street strip car(mini tubbed) will see more strip than street can anyone give me the proper spring rate for what the car will be used for and that will keep it sittin low? Thanks 17 inch front rims and 15x12 rear with a 28 10.5
