Cutting edge for its time. Today its unnecessary/outdated technology.
Back in the day, if you put too much hp/weight to a pg, the gear set would break and in many cases lock up.
With all the stronger aftermarket gear sets available on the market today its no longer a issue.
They also do not hold up to big hp.
