Like I said before. We are pretty sure it will yank the wheels from a 30 roll on motor. Gotta get a video of it though
 
The return lane work was a nice upgrade. Very cool to see the Lapeer guys working on improvements. It's good for everyone. :bigthumb:

I think that my car hooks better in the rain than at Lapeer.

Seriously.

It's pretty bad when a 13 second car with drag radials can blow off the tires through 2nd at that shithole track, yet dead hook on the street.
 
now they just need to pave the pits, add more shutdown, and re-do the track surface. Oh and have guard rail down the entire 1/4 and shut down on both sides. lol track does have potential though.

I haven't been there in years, but even though the pits suck, the return road sucked when I was there, and the track isn't all that great, the one thing Lapeer had was hook!! Fuck, the MPH timers in the one lane have been fucked for years, but I went 1.37s at Milan, Norwalk, and Lapeer with the same car within 3 months so it CAN hook!! If it does or not now I can't say but don't bitch too much, they'll fucking take it away from us!!!:lol:
 
And I coined the term "The Dirtway" back in the early 90s, so anyone wanting to use that term has to pay some kind of royaltys!!:lol:
I can come up with many witnesses to coraborate this story!!:lol:

some people with us hooked. My car just sucks. I thought it would do better with the new front shocks but....
It did finally unload the front end so I don't know why it was so bad.
I think the starting line was wet or something the first pass cause the car didn't even move. well it went sideways and thats about it
