Saw it on my way home from work on Crooks in Troy. Plate said COL 2 and had a marine frame around it. Sounded pretty sweet. Anyone seen this around Troy before?

well, through a police officer friend of mine, we were able to use some hi-tech surveillance equipment to find out who the fucking clown was. we were able to get a photo of his plate. one character wouldn't show up, but we're confident the police will be able to identify this person of interest......till then, be wary of your surroundings.....
