Sport bike insurance

For a 2003 FZ1, 31y/o, mine is about $50/mo with full coverage through Auto Owners. Remove collision coverage and it was about $30/mo.

Maybe location plays a factor?

Strange. When I was under 25 I had an 08 Busa and it was $100 a month for plpd and comp. I also had my brothers 05 gsxr 1000 on the policy for a short period and it was around 100 a month as well.
 
I am under 25. Wayne county. Progressive plpd. 05 gsxr 1000. $25 a month. I just did an online quote and jumped on it.

It should be cheap but ylu get hit with the $150 MCCA fund fee. It was $187 last year. My dirtbike is like $36 for the year but then you add the $150 MCCA fee... my FZ1 is a few hundred + 150.. Sean set me up with Progressive. AAA was expensive when i had them.
 
I use state farm. Haven found any cheaper it was about 500 a year for a gsxr 1000.. you just have to have your car insured with them
 
Do you have anything else through progressive? I will say that my rates are helped by multi vehicle discount plus having homeowners through them.

Cars and house are through AAA. Wife works there. And they are staying there for now.

I'm not in southwest Detroit! Crime is slightly higher there than in brownstown. But crime is everywhere
