Speed Channel vs Fox Sports 1

So the train wreck known as Fox Sports 1 starts next week. Has any ones cable company started carrying Speed 2? I can't imagine all of the Speed Channel programming is going to be put in the dumpster...

I wish someone would bring back Speedvision instead of the Nascar Network(Speed).

They showed everything from Formula Ford to the Trans Am series.

Speed sucks but its better than having another crappy sports channel showing re-runs of the tiddly winks championship

I got it with DirecTV. Finally really read up on what Fox 1 is going to be. DirecTV hasn't signed a deal yet. Guess I wont care since I don't watch nascar.

Velocity is good. I just got it recently and there are alot of shows on Velocity that I watch.

Speed is already the NASCAR channel. But they want to go after the ESPN crowd.

We get Velocity on Brighthouse.

I thought Speed2 was online only. I think you're going to see more of that as there are more opportunities to stream from the web to a TV.

That new show, god guns and automobiles cracks me up! It's a good one, imo.

MAVTV is showing some promise. New channel owned by Lucas, so they do show a lot of their sponsored series. They are also showing some fights and movies, so it will be interesting to see if it turns out okay or not.

Speed Center and Windtunnel are both done. So yeah, lots of Speed programming is just getting canned. Watched both last night and both shows hosts were saying good bye forever to the viewers, at least as far as being the hosts of those shows were concerned.

Better start making plans to irritate and embarrass the kids. And you better like MMA and boxing. They are also running the college football preview for the 10th time since Saturday. They don't have enough programming.

Directv has it its channel 219 for FS1 and 618 FS2 the both suck for car stuff, maybe MAVTV will pick up more car shows.
