New Plugs

Here are the AR3932 with 4 degrres of timing backed out.

Looking alot better. Oddly it is still stripping closer to the threads. Are you sure the pms is working correctly ? Anyways can you bring those plugs by so I can see them in person ? I can't tell if thats a carbon stripe or a heat stripe up off the base of the threads ? Odd lighting in the picture. Try taking that photo outside. first thread isn't looking hot enough "in those pictures" to really discolor yet so it looks more like carbon but without seeing these first hand I really can't recomend which way to go. See if you can take some better pictures in a motor natural lighting.
