Also, when you have the baby, you will need to notify whichever HR is going to handle the insurance within 30 days of the birth so the birth is covered. My wife missed adding our baby to her HR and they refused to cover the bills so we got fucked into paying almost 3-4k

dam that's a lot of money, my insurance cost me zero out of pocket for my family plan, I do have to pay those pesky union dues though. That's about $80 a month. Sorry guys I couldn't resist lol. It's a shame what one of the richest nations in the world has to pay for health care. The medical world needs to be regulated for sure to keep cost down but due to the politics it never will.
