I watched all sorts of movies never had any issues, its a new firmware out for this unit as well (just been to busy to upgrade it) that addressed a lot of issues.

I have had it for about 4 months, I don't use it at all I still haven't purchased a movie (just rent) its nice and all but I could use the cash right now to pay off some bills. I will get another sony blu-ray player I just don't need one right now.
