I did a home purchase for the guy that owns Southgate Sonic, he is also the same person that was building one in Canton. The city has given him nothing but trouble, he has now decided to build in Westland. It will be located down the street from Red Robin on Warren Rd. He breaks ground in 30 days or so

There is one already built just waiting to open or might even be open already at 15 and Haggerty across from Walmart

Yep, 15 and Haggerty is nearing completion. Of course you won't be able to get near it for a couple of weeks after opening I reckon.
