Somebody wreck a Viper and still driving it ?

I spotted this Viper missing it's front clip getting gas. I wonder what the story is.

his fiberglass body kit off ebay didn't come in yet, neither did his sweet wing or coffee can mufflers. A few months from now it will be up for sale and we'll get another thread/laugh on here about "Look at this viper" :lol:
