So we're no longer looking for a Pitbull

They're good dogs.. we had one when i was a kid.

Lexy was an awesome dog...from what I could remember . Some of my first memories in my life are of that dog. Mastiffs are rather gentile dogs. They were used more for intimidation due to their size, but were not very aggressive.

 Diesel drooled but primarily only after he visited the water bowl.
Lots of drool. Better mount a catch can on it Al
I might have to look into fabbing up something like that.

What are they wanting for an adoption cost? Vet bills? I'd be interested for sure!!! I bet I could swing it past the wife :D And yes - thats what I love my dog for. I'd love another one to give her a companion as well.

Good news and bad news, guys.

Good news for the pups: All 9 pups all have good homes pending.

Damn, sorry Trunk, should have copy/pasted the info... It was an accident litter of beagle puppies for adoption. The fee was their first set of shots was all....

Just wrap a handkerchief around his neck :) My newfie is just a baby right now at 64lbs but I'm sure when his jowls form some more he will be a big drooler.

We have a 5 year old bullmastiff, all it does is sleep. Sleep on the bed, sleep on the couch. Good thing about them is they are pretty content with sitting at home while you're at work. Come home, take her for a walk, and then goes back to sleep. Someone broke into my girlfriends house a few years back and the dog didn't even care!

I'd have jumped on a free one in a second. She had leg surgery last fall and I was looking at the cost of buying another one if we had to replace her....ouch. She didn't stop growing until she was almost two. Only drools if they're around food.
