Well aside from whatever his story is it is nice to see someone willing to walk the streets trying to make a buck and still has the best attitude. I guarantee I make more money that this kid/guy and I can’t seem to be as pleasant while doing my job. So many times we see people telling us how they’re entitled to this and entitled that. How the government is taking away something or how there are no jobs out there. Well, that guy that came to my door manages to do it and he does it with a smile and pleasant attitude.

I agree with you completely. Just wanted to make sure we were talking about the same gentleman. But with a personality like he has I don't see it being hard for him to find a real job. Even tho he probably makes good money walking door to door.

The only kcik in the nuts, is if you found out he bought those food itmes with a bridge card! But i agree. I'll miss seeing this kids dedication in trying to make a buck by working for it since i moved.

The big point I get from all this is seeing someone do more when they have less. The "Forest Gump Effect". To see someone with a "handicap" forge forward with their life and willingly give me a welcoming smile is special. It brings me back to reality and I cant help but smile back. I've been lucky enough to have people like this around me my whole life. I feel ashamed over the stuff I bitch about after being with these folks. Makes me want to try harder.

Thank God I have insurance to cover his shitty life of crime that he has resorted to. I tend to be a optimist rather then a pessimist. and let me guess the next what if is gonna be what if he shoots you when he is trying to rob you...... well I guess I should have kept my gun closer
