Snowmobile smoking

Not sure how much this crosses over to selds, but I had the same isue with my outboard. Smoked like hell, turned out to be the mix pump. I started premixing and deleted the mix pump, replaced with a non-mixer and not only did the smoke stop, but it ran better.

Having said that, I know zero about sleds. Just a thought.... :shrug:
 
Well that makes 3 of you guys saying that. I'll have to check it out tonight. Pulled the plugs yesterday and they aren't soaking wet but they are really dark. I'll have to find out how to adjust that pump.
