looks like fat boy judge over stepped his powers. this judge was clearly a hypocrite who has an ego and should be removed from the bench for not being "fair and impartial". just because you don't like someone's demeanor shouldn't give you cause to be a dick

Just so you know in that video you posted the judge is dealing with the drug charges, not the contempt charge. The judge actually clearly says the bond will be $5000 on the drug charge, subject to taking care of the contempt charge. IE she is not given $5000 bond release on the the contempt charge during that hearing.

He dropped a bunch of her charges and was going to cut her a break. She was too dumb to realize that and his favor wore out.

i couldnt understand it well enough through the spanglish to understand what actually happened, so he increased her bond from 5 to 10 grand because of what? and she only needs to come up with 10% of that to stay out of jail right?

The news article says her fine was $5000, which i have a hard time believing from having posession of a few xanax, and especially just being able to fine you $10k on a whim

The judge wasnt giving her a break, they gave her a 5000 dollar bond for the first offence and release on her own recognisance (ROR, aka, personal bond) on the other charges. She said "Adios" after his shitty "bye bye" so he upped her bond to 10k. She was acting goofy, but I didnt see her being disrespectful enough to double her bond.

He could have given her a $5000 bond per offense if he wanted right? I'm sure there's a max for a particular charge but it seems like he could have come down a lot harder.

For a first time, non-violent offender, he was harsh.
