Does it have a basement, or somewhere that could be used as a 3rd bedroom short term? We really only NEED a 2 bedroom, but I have a good friend that needs a place to lay down for a little while.

It definitely does not have this unless you want to give up your living room, which I don't recommend :)

It's a very small home, I think it's around or just under 800sf. It's probably the cleanest $650/mo rental home out there though.

Second that, house looks good for the money...

TTT and price change to $595 per month. This is a great deal and the home is available immediately.

pets ? Im not looking to rent but i know that was big question people had when we were looking for a place to rent.

whats the neighborhood like? and yes do you alot dogs?

The neighborhood is decent, I've had it since 2003 and have never had any problems there. The same padlock has been on the garage this whole time with no issues, even when the house is vacant.

I was going to not allow dogs, but I may work something out if the tenant pays a bit more rent to offset the cost of new carpet after the lease is up.

hell, $595 seems damn fair for even a 2-bed home. especially if it's nice. g/l getting a tenant/buyer raj. i'm all too familiar with the difficulty in finding the "right" person.
