Post a pic up....I'm sure one of the autobody/detail guys can help you out, But my guess would be too buzz that crackwhore down and get it fixed with new metal/paint etc...

Rust is like cancer once it starts it is hard to get rid of. But catching it in the early stages u always have a better chance of recovery.

Just remember this, once you see a bubble on the outside it's twice the size if not more on the inside

No its not a bubble almost looks like its in the clear coat or something damn keep forgetting to take a pic
