I'm assuming we are talking about 1 but 2 seems like it could possibly be what we are talking about? I'm assuming Pasteiner's isn't leaving especially given Steve said Complete title used to be in the space and Pasteiner's has been there forever.
 
After googling the address of 2 with Complete Title, I think 2 is actually what we are talking about. By Pasteiner's in the Hawthorne building was a yarn store or some shit.

It really is nice to see people who work hard get rewarded. Congrats Steve. 1000 yrs ago when I started in my profession,(long retired now) an OLD fart told me, "The harder you work the luckier you get".

Looking forward to the "Lucky" open house.

weather broke... need any help on the weekends with moving furniture or anything, just hollar.

I heard Beaumont is tearing down the big parking lot at the corner there, I think there is a kroger in there. So those people will try to invade anywhere. Plus the gas station is no longer an option.

When can we start loitering there?
 
Thanks Mark. Office is up and going as of last week. I'll be setting up a sat night open house with free food for all Motown peeps. Plan on the next 2 weeks or so. Thx as always
