Sell the Team, but keep Millen, make him clean the locker rooms and urinals, so he can understand how badly his teams have stunk up the place. History tells all, pretty shameful that the "best" performing Lions team in recent history was run by Wayne "White Line" Fontes
 
Sell the team, they have more things to worry about................like thier employees and thier REAL buisness. :slap:

Although related by blood, William Clay Ford SR(owner of the Lions), does not have anything to do with the operation of Ford Motor Company.

there is no one that wants to buy the Lions...

think about the expenses. Who is there? your talking about 300+ millions for the team and like another 200+ million in expenses a season.

Ford isnt going anywhere, and unfortunetely I dont see Millen either.

Id bet Mike Illitch or Bill Davidson would be interested. Maybe even the guy who owns the Carolina Hurricanes, whats his name, Carmanos?? All big Detroit/Michigan supporters. Maybe even Penske, he does a lot and spends a lot supporting Detroit
 
Most of you guys are just fair weather fans..... They will come around. Only takes time, even if it another 20 years. I've seen plenty of you bash the tigers since I've been on the board but now thay they are in the fighting for the world series everyone is "YEAH! TIGERS! BEST TEAM EVER!!!!" I don't care how bad they suck, I'm Lions loyal until the day I die.
