Shop recommendations for old school sbf tuning?

My cousin Marc (Stormy 81 on here) is looking for a shop that can dial his car in, since he has zero time these days, and I know very little about ford stuff. The car went thru a full build approximately 15 years ago, but he never did get the tuning right. It was (is) very rarely driven, and usually only appeared at car shows- until I lit a fire under his ass to actually DRIVE the thing....its time to make it run for real.

On to the details-
68 Mustang coupe, Small block, carbureted (I believe he's running a BG carb), healthy cam, iron Dart heads, single plane intake, etc. Also, a built C-4 that may need some tweaking. He's not looking to make a drag car out of it - just a nice, moderately fast street car. It will need the carb/fuel system straightened out (sumped stock tank with external electric pump), jetting, and general fine tuning. He wants it reliable so when I call him, he doesn't have to bitch out and tell me he's worried about it leaving him stranded. lol

Any suggestions?

Thanks cuz, I just got back into town. No suggestions huh? I was thinking about Jake's in Troy.. Couple people recommended them..... ANYONE???

As much as they're know for the EFI stuff, I'd touch base with Livernois. They are a sponsor here. 99saleenspeedster (Rick) can hook you up!! SOMEBODY over there remembers how to tune a carb!!
