Shitbag renter withholding rent over a step height code violation

We had court today. Judge ordered Renter to be moved out by July 1st by 4:30pm and pay 1/2 of the rent for month of June.

Other option was Renter paid FULL month of June, then paid 1/2 month of July and have to move out by middle of July.

It is in Clinton Twp on a street off of Little Mack between 14 and 15 mile. Rent is $1250. 3 bed, 2 bath. 2.5 car detached garage with its own furnace in it!
