Selling my kimber .45

If we could either do a FTF sale or you would ship it to my dealer I'd take it. Is a purchasers permit a MI thing? Cause far as I know we don't have anything like that here in Ohio. If we can work something out let me know.

I will not sell it unless it's a face to face sale, I will not ship, purchasing permit is required in every state that i know of for a firearm.

I will not negotiate this part of the sale

Well I just did a search on a purchaser permit and Ohio doesn't do that, which explains why I never heard of it before. It's not worth the hassle to me to fuss with filling out paperwork and bs just to get a permit for one gun. So good luck.

I guess..... all it takes is for me to run 5 min up the road to grab a peice of paper. It just protects the buyer as well as the seller. Its a little slip of paper that takes about 30 seconds to fill out. That way they know when you bought it, serial number, seller and buyers name. And me being a resident of michigan i just send my copy in saying i sold it to john doe, That way if john doe kills someone next week there not knocking on my door. Or if i just got done going on a killing spree there not knocking on the buyers door...Sounds like some pretty damn good insurance to me.
