Hey guys, tell me what you think....

My step father bought this car from his credit union from a repo. It's been CARFAXED and taken to the Nissan dealership to get inspected, everything checks out to be great, apparently the guy got thrown in jail or something and just stopped making the payments. :nopity: Credit union got it from the impound yard.

Nice car.

I don't know what he wants out of it. But for an '04, he isn't going to get over $20k for a non-Track car. I would say $16-$18k would be a good price.

Is the front bumper stock? I don't remember seeing one with a big lip on the bottom like that.

The tint can be taken off, it was on there when he got it. I doubt the car will loose any sales because it is on the car, anyone knows they can just take a razor blade to it and have it taken off.

The front bumper is an aftermarket, not stock.
 
hate the tint.

remember, Ebay, online auctions, and craigslist are places people go to dump cars that no one else wants for some reason or another.

I'd be more worried about it losing a sale rather than loosing it. :D

Do yourself a favor and swap out the bumper and take off the tint. Shit's ugly.
 
The front bumper is pretty nice. The lip is very popular in the 350Z world. The tint & wheels are going to be the hard part. But they are very easy to get rid of.

Well, it is my step fathers car. He wants me to sell it for him. I put it up on eBay because I have had luck with selling vehicles on there since I have a reputable eBay account. The reserve is set at 20K, the buy-it-now price is just for the "idiot buyer". There are quite a few watchers in just the 1 day so we'll see how things progress. I can lower things if need be.

And like I said, the car came this way. The front clip was all smashed up from what I'm guessing the previous owner bottomed out a few times or ran into a parking curb. He had it fixed & repainted for next to nothing since he is great friends with the body shop manager at the Jag dealership.
 
04, you have the DE motor in it.
I think reasonably what Nick said price wise is what you should get for it.

Though keep it at what you have it at...maybe you'll get lucky and someone will love the Tint, lip and wheels.
