So there's the new family 4-door. It's a 2005 Grand Prix GXP with a 5.3l v8.

The good news:

With the traction control off it will roll a LOT of smoke off the front tires. Wifey was not pleased when she was in the car next to me and I took off on green.
The car is immaculate inside and out
GM Certified
325xx miles on the clock
12 month, 12000 mile bumper to bumper warranty
5 year (from original sale date) 100000 mile powertrain warranty
Loaded, every option

On the to-do list:
Open up the exhaust
Install my A/V stuff
HIDs
Peel the tint that's on there and have my buddy Chris re-tint the whole car including the windshield.
Lowering springs

Bad ass car, used to have one they are fast as hell for being that big. on the 1-2 shift sometimes mine would hit the limiter before it shifted changed the fluid and it worked fine. the G-force meters are sweet too.

Also, the big brakes and drilled rotors stop this car on a dime. Throttle response and brakes are a touch different than the Explorer. Gonna take a little getting used to.

go on some on ramps and the driver interface will tell you your G force kinda fun to screw around with
I have a G-Force meter on my in-dash DVD/Navigation unit. (Pioneer AVIC-N1) They are fun to play with. I messed around with it all the time in the Cobra...not so much in the Explorer, no point.

Nice whip!!!! I see the tint mod is complete or will you be redo'g it? Now you need the AV mods and a supercharger.....

And the paddle shifters are fun. :D

The tint is coming off and it will be completely redone. The tint is in great shape, just not to my liking. Plus I have to have the windshield done. NO SC on this car.

Also, who's got the best price on wheel widening?

GM had the bright idea to put a 18"x8" wheel and 255 tire up front, and a 18"x7" and 225 tire out back. :shake: Most never notice this unless they were told in advance, but it's already driving me crazy and I need to fix this.
