I had my aprons filled in and with the lower engine mounts the flange interferes with the frame. Would work fine with stock frame rails and engine mounts. I thought I could cut the flange and have it extended but it doesn’t work with drop mounts. You will need to have the flange welded back on. If I get it welded back on then the price goes up.

I don't think the hot side would make a difference but the turbo is a little big. At 10 lbs it will be over 500 ft lbs and will be spinning that clutch like a 45.
