I'm asking this for my dad. will the 351 E7 heads bolt to a 289 and if so do you use a 351 or 289 intake? he has a 289 with a small chamber head at about 13.5:1 and he's tryin to knock that down a bit. thanks

if the heads work he would use a 289 intake because the deck hieght is over an inch higher, not sure if the heads would work i know they will bolt to a 302 but the 289 might have different bolt spacing.

yes it is. i dont have pics, but, its in real good shape. i took it out of my notch to swap in one that we are building up and narrowing.
