Car does need work. It was my sister's car, she just drove it her from Georgia. My dad decide to buy her a newer car instead of putting some cash into this one, so he gave it to me. I am thinking of making it my second car, would cost a few hundred to fix the minor issues. My main problem is I would rather work on my 82 instead of this. Needs new door lock and trunk lock, driver headlight and turn signal are crack, minor hood damage in that area, needs new driver seat. All minor stuff.

Its got a 6 cylinder and automatic trans. I was told by my son that I can't get ride of it, he wants to fix it up for his first car. He just turned 15, so I guess I have another project to work on. lol

Yea. I hope he maintains the interest and excitement. Would be pretty cool to build it with him. He wants to make it look like a street racer with all of the ground effects. It will be interesting to see what his ideas are.
