Vacuum/no vacuum doesn't matter if you're trying to stop on oil...did it go down the middle of the car or did it not come out for the most part? Mine was super scary cuz oil was EVERYWHERE.

Luckily it all went down the middle of the car. and some out the side of the block through the fracture that went from the oil pan to the bellhousing...but most of the hit the k-member.

yeah, its only gonna be a true 355, with some decent heads. i havent made up my mind if i am gonna stick with n/a (safe) or go with my big shot kit (not safe at all) i dontk now what the limit of a sbc is, but with enough rpm and time, i am sure i'll find out.
