Does anyone know the best place to find swap parts for this swap i.e. Headers,Mounts and the like? Thanks in advance for the help it's greatly appreciated.

best way is motor plate, headers it depends on who you talk to some guys loved the kooks others hate them. I would pm pacecarbbc Todd is a sponsor on here and has done more of these than he can remember.
 
i got a badass 406sbc that was jsut in a mustang the transmission an converter, i jsut sold the headers for the sbc in a mustang but this motor is a motor ass motor pm me if interested

AJE makes a k-member & trans x-member- headers are best to have them made,they are about $1100---$1600 . i may be selling mine soon, i need a bigger set,they are 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 to 3in , they were made for a 388 motor. i have a much bigger motor now.i paid $1100 for them ,ill take $700 for them.good luck!!!
