SBC 350 CHEAP!!!

I have a 350ci. engine that I need to sell! it was pulled out of a 95 GMC pickup. has approx. 45-55,000 miles on it. head gasket blew, so it's gonna need to be rebuilt!! heads are there!!! there was no knocking, or other bad noises when the engine was pulled out of the truck. I have no place to store it anymore. asking $300 for it. I know it's worth more!! but with it needing to be rebuilt, and need to get rid of it ASAP I'm taking a loss!
 
I did take the heads off to see that the intake gasket was blown out. The reason I took the heads off, is because I have a 97 chevy with the vortec 350 that blew up. I was gonna just put my heads and intake assembly on the 95 block. then we discovered that the blocks are different and wouldn't work. thats when I discovered that the gasket was blown out. other then that, the rest of the block is still 100% intacked!!
