Saw a New ZR1

Went to a local car show held down the street from me today. A guy from GM showed up with a new ZR1. This car stole all of the attention. This is one badazz ride. I took them with my cell phone.

nice. i saw a yellow one on commerce road today by lake sherwood. love the car, but whoever gave the nod on the see-though hood looking onto a plastic engine cover needs to die. or at least be forced to drive a camaro for the rest of their lives.
 
That's funny. I followed him around the parking lot for a few minutes until he found a spot to park. He pulled in and I saw the ZR1 badging so I had to see it up close. Those brakes are magnificent.

probably the same one I seen in downtown Milford. I took a few pics but their shitty so not worth posting.

thats not a plastic engine cover..the bleu part is yes, but the silver part is the supercharger..the reason behind that is because th eLS9 is somthing like 4-5 inches taller then the LS7 and the bracing needed for the hood without the window would call for a pretty big center dome in the hood..so much that it would hinder the drivers ability to see the passenger front corner..and the ploycarbonate window actually adds structual integrity to the hood...just a little FYI

I saw a yellow one @ Lowe's...WTF, and the ownwer parked it in any old spot...f a door ding...comeon it a ZR1 they are not cheep and are going to be collectable :(
