Saturn electrical issues

So we just got back from our trip back to MI to see friends and fam, and on the way back i lost power to our dash..like the lights all of the sudden flickerd and then went out..after i noticed that the tail lamps were out to..thats just great!...

i checked the fuses and the parking lamp fuse was popped..as soon as i made contact in the block with a new fuse it popped right away...

does anyone know were i can get a wiring schematic for this pos...i searched and all i could find were places selling chiltons..

we need this car up to par..were moving back to MI by the end of the month and we have other pressing issues that require are attention, so this is a serious inconvienence..

today my buddy an i dug into it a little. and were bot stumped..all the fuses are good, there is power to the taillamp buckets themselves..however the power that is supplied to the buckets is barely enough to light up the bulb..so i take the bulb out and see that the little 'prongs' that make contact in the buckets was all melted..so i replaced the bulbs and its still the same thing..the brake lights work, and the taillamps DOO light, but thier barely lighting..there are no instrument lights as well as hvac..
everytimei put in a 10amp fuse it popped as soon as i turn on the lights..it took a little longer with a 15..i put a 20 in there to see if i had power to the taillamps (which i do) and the wiring in the column started to smoke..
im thinking its the whole Turn/lights/wiper/hazzard assembly...its all one peice
