sanity in all of this

I have an appointment for the 27th or 28th. Hopefully it's calm by then. Besides, I've been driving it with a 1973 plate with a 74 tab. No problems yet.. And it's insured.

It would take a cop who is a real asshole to issue a ticket, seeing as you have all the bases covered, that you can cover. From what I've seen on social media, people are getting told the first available appointment is mid to late June at this point and they are only booking appointments for auto (no RVs/Boats Etc).
 
Shiiiit, my DL expired early April. Can’t renew online. Gotta go in and get my picture. In need a haircut. I look like a ISIS terrorist. Don’t want that hassle for the next 8 years on my DL photo.

Decided I’m not going schedule appt at SOS till the barber opens back up.
