Went to Bobs Family Raceway for a little t&t Saturday so I could try out a few little changes. Got a few little issues to work out, but we had a good time. Here's a few pictures. Didn't get a real good picture that I know of yet on some of the launches, but I had to get out of it a few times. In the picture with me and the red Bronco I lifted shortly after the picture was taken. That one was going bad real quick.

Were you at Phil's Sand Drags last weekend?? I was there for a few hours, good times.

sand drags is the sh!t.

I was there earlier in the year doing some T&T.

I'm not crazy about his track though. When it is dry it's too much powder. Then when you wet it it becomes a mess.

I was riding this quad, but with a new motor. (making ~115-120hp on a 4mm (small bore)).

Nope, I wasn't at Phil's. Where's that at?
The ones I know about are Bob's (in Clarksville), Green's (by Owosso), West Michigan Sand Dragway (Mears/ silver lake sand dunes), and I've heard about one in Port Huron somewhere. They are also opening one up in Ionia at I96 Speedway.
We went to Bob's last year after Labor Day and I wasn't real impressed with track prep then, but they seemed to be right on top of it all day this time.
And yea, my oldest boy (last picture) loves it. I have a hard time getting him to stop just to get a drink or something to eat.
 
Very cool! I heard some of my family talk about the Ionia track and they'll be there this weekend maybe? I could have heard wrong... Listen for the Villemure name! There are usually about 3-5 of them racing at once...haha. 2 or 3 in Pro Comp..maybe 1 in Index?...any juniors, possibly a few Comp buggys...
 
Greens near Owosso? When do they race? I live around 5 miles away from Greens Farms and was told they race there. I am going to hit Maple Rapids Sunday for a big lawn mower race.:icon_mrgr I have never been to one but was told they are a blast to watch. I have two friend's that race them.:3gears:

Yep, near Owosso. Seth and I went there about 4 weeks ago. Pretty good hooking track and the owners were nice as hell!
