Saw this on another forum...Thought it was a good enough Idea to share ...

if you are working out in your garage alone ...
pick up a used hands free baby monitor if you need help in an emergency ... with the receiver in the house some one will hear you
 
That's a really good idea. More than once I've been under the car and realized if something happened, it's very possible that nobody would notice for hours.
 
Good idea. Thanks for the tip. I've had a couple buddies my age die in the garage from heart attacks. This idea may have saved them.
 
Can i bring the baby to your house for your significant others to watch for me too? Lol
 
That's a pretty good idea...

However, I'm sure my wife would get sick of listening to my music blasting in the monitor followed by me yelling at stubborn bolts lol.

Shit, good point. I am reflecting on what I am usually yelling in the garage and I don't need the young ears in the house hearing that.
