I can personally say I've seen a guy get pulled over in the city by a state trooper. *cough*chunkybs*cough*

me too, 4:30am in Detroit doing somewhere in the neighborhood of 85 in a 35. (on Moross)
I drove away with a no seatbelt ticket

ive only been pulled over by a trooper on the freeway, and have always been told since I was a wee little one that state cops are majority bound to freeways n what not. sorry for eveything surrounding the issue.
