Rocker panel replacement

I have a 2004 cc Silverado that needs the rockers replaced. I was going to do them but honestly I have little interest in it! Doesn't seem to be many body shops interested in this type of work. Anyone have any shop recommendations?

It really seems more time consuming than anything. Doesn't have to be a shop, if someone does it on the side that could work too.

Encountered the same thing.. nobody wants to deal with rust fixes anymore.. more $$$ in collision work.

If i can find the time, i have to do the same project! I'm gonna visit a friend of Standys this week, if they do it, and do a good job i will let you know Rick.

The real question is how bad is the metal the rockers will weld to. That may be why there isn't much interest.

Ive done a few ... this is the biggest problem and unless you order factory sheet metal replacements from Sherman require a little help and when the under panel is gone it gets fun

Thanks! I got a lead to check on so hopefully one of them work out!

Only way to do a job like this is with new metal, full inners and outters are available from multiple sources.
