rocker arm studs????

i am useing a set of dooe heads on a 302 and see that i can get 3/8 or 7/16 studs. which should i get? i just pulled out the push in studs and they were 3/8. is there a advantage to useing the 7/16 studs?

im going to order the new ones tonight when i order my guide plates and rocker arms, so i need to figure out asap...
 
The 7/16 don't flex as much as the 3/8. It all depends on the cam you want to run but if you are starting off with fresh rocker arms go with the 7/16.
