"We are excited to welcome you to Roadkill Nights Powered by Dodge on Friday August 19th, at the M1 Concourse in Pontiac, MI. In this communication you will find specific instructions on the logistics of the event that you will need to know. Please read these instructions thoroughly and keep them with you for future reference.
M1 CONCOURSE SHOW 'N' SHINE ENTRANCE
GPS Starting point: 778 W Square Lake Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302
From 778 W Square Lake Road, go north on Franklin Blvd to the intersection of South Blvd West. The approximate GPS location of this intersection is: 233 South Blvd West, Pontiac, MI.
You will find an Event Marshall at the intersection of Franklin Blvd and South Blvd West who will let you enter the event perimeter and then follow the signs directly to registration check in area.
REGISTRATION HOURS
The registration area will open at 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 19th on South Blvd, near the M1 Concourse and will close at 4:00 P.M. If you have not registered by 4:00 P.M. you will NOT be allowed into the M1 Concourse. You may not arrive any earlier than 10:00 A.M. to the registration area. During registration you will be asked to show your valid drivers license and ticket (electronic or printed version). Upon verification, you will be given your credentials (wrist band, hang tag or window decal depending on which group you are with). Once you have completed your registration you will be directed into the M1 Concourse. There will be signs and staff to direct you to the correct parking spot.
You are allowed to leave and re-enter the M1 Concourse, but please note that your same parking spot will not be reserved for you and there is a one-way traffic flow into and out of the site.
PARKING INFO
If you have non- Show 'n' Shine friends attending parking lot info will be posted on
www.Roadkill.com/events by EOD Monday. There will be FREE shuttles running from the parking lots to the event throughout the entire day.
TENTS
Vehicles will be parked on both sides of the track, all around the track.
You are allowed to bring your tent/canopy, but can only set it up on the grass/dirt behind your vehicle if space allows. Tents can not be set up in front of your car on the track, the pavement is needed for a one-way flow of traffic and for pedestrians.
