so my #1 is ware the rotor should be sitting when seated ?YOu can make it point wherever you want to. Just be sure the wires are in the proper order, and number one is where the rotor is pointing when number one cylinder is at TDC and the compression stroke.
thats the question i was basicly trying to ask , i thought it was 11:00 position thow .,. either way its in and running now , timing is set to 12*Most SBF motors the rotor is in the 1:00 position at TDC
revs fine in N and P yes , seems heavy thow while reving if that makes any sence , but while driving it has no guts , have not replaced theNow the car revs fine in neutral and park? But not when the motor is under a load? It seems like it only runs fine when maybe the car goes into limp home mode. What haven't you replaced?
so just set the timing like normal to 14-16* and leave the spout out ?Pull your spout connector, lock out your timing at 14-16* leave it disconnected and take it for a ride
yesso just set the timing like normal to 14-16* and leave the spout out ?
computer ?i would believe something is wrong with the processor
it will not with the CEL light off but with the CEL light on it will , bogs and hesitates when the CEL light is off and i try toFpr is not electronic I think it's safe to say your issue is electronic. Will the car brake torque?
