Anyone have one I can borrow? Got a new scope and need to bore sight it in before I take it to the range and get it perfect. I don't really want to buy something I will probably never use. Would have to fit a 30-06.
2nd on that. Sight in at 25, then 50, then 100 and then out to where ever you want to be. Probably will take less time than with a bore sight tool. Just make sure you use a steady bench rest, be it sandbags or a ready-made unit.
Bore sight is the way to go. Less time and less wasted rounds. My bore sighter is missing otherwise I would loan it to you. I might pick up another one for when I put a new scope on my Remington 7400.
