Results after 1 week of working out

been going to the gym now for 1 week, taking ECA and eating better (I didn't eat bad to begin with however I cut out dressing on subs and such). I've also been logging my calories and have been staying in the 1500 a day range.

1 week ago I was 213LBs and 47" around my waist at my navel.
today 210LBs and 46" at my waist. Also my stamina is increasing
 
What is ECA? And do you keep an EXACT count of your calories? or just the count that shows on labels? I've thought about counting calories, but not everything that I eat has a damn label on it. And I'm not really too into carrying around a weight watchers calorie book...lol

Although, I am 310ish lbs and really want to shed off 70lbs. Even though no one believes that I weigh that much and think that I am between 260 - 270lbs.

I started riding my bike to work, which is only 1 and a 1/2 miles from my house. I figured it would still help out a bit. Also, I was thinking about looking into some type of fat burner/supplement. I wouldn't even know where to start with those. Of course, this will all be in addition to the gym. I'd like to initially lose 20lbs minimum by July 4th.

Check out the free calorie log. It has every single possible food and you can also enter your workouts. It will also determine how many calories your body uses each day through normal actiivity. I used it to gain weight.

ephedrine, caffeine, and Aspirin. Basically up til a few years ago you could buy weight loss pills that used it. however most people didn't cut out other sources of caffeine or increase their water intake which caused some to have heart attacks. So the FDA banned it. It works by raising your body temp. You can buy all the ingredients at drugs stores. ephedrine is used for asthma releif and is generally sold as Primetine or Bronkaid. (it also contains Guaifenesin an expectorant). You have to Show your driver license to buy and they limit you to 2 boxes per sale and so many grams a month because it's the primary ingredient in Meth.

Riding the bike should help alot. Plus your saving GAS Bonus for us all there.

I'm keeping track of my calories by reading the label. If it's not listed I look it up. Doing this also helps me with portion control.
